1. Who we are

Boondrive is a SaaS (Software as a Service) Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution. The Boondrive website named boondrive.com and Boondrive DAM services that can be used by logging into sub-domains of boondrive.com are owned by Javra Software, Netherlands. It is Boondrive’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites and services.

Boondrive is responsible for the collection and use of your personal data described in this privacy policy. We have your rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object or port personal data or to withdraw your consent, or if you have any questions or complaints about the processing of your personal data, you can either contact us in accordance with ‘Your rights’ (please see below).

Any personal information processed by Boodnrive in connection with this Privacy Policy is controlled by Boondrive, which is considered the “data controller” of your personal information under European Union and UK data protection law. 3. What do we mean by Personal Information

Personal information means details, which identify you or could be used to identify you, such as your name and contact details, your emails, phone numbers and any other history contact details. It may also include information about how you use our websites and mobile applications.

4. What type of Personal Information we process

We may collect following data and personal information

1. We may record your name, title, gender and date of birth, your nationality, country of residence and passport number. 
2. Record of your contact details may include your address, telephone number and email address. When you create a personal account, or register for a service, we may also record your sign in details and other information you fill out on your personal account or registration form. We may also collect information relating to your company such as company name and business location.
3. When you send us an email or chat with us online or via social media, we register your communication with us. We also register your communication preferences such as other channels than email (e.g WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, Viber, Skype, Voip or WeChat). When you call us, our customer support will register your questions or complaints in our database. We may also record telephone calls for training purposes or to prevent future dispute or any sort of fraud.
4. When you visit our websites, or use one of our mobile apps, we may register your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring website, web-browsing behaviour and app use. We also collect information via cookies and similar technologies when you visit our websites or use our mobile apps.

Updated version of private policy is available on www.boondrive.com. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will continue to do so in any future changes we make to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy came into effect on 25 May 2018 replacing our previous Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all information we process about you in connection with your relationship with us as a customer or potential customer.
